This months Wellness Workshops will be on:

- Monday, January 7th @ 6:30pm with Dr. Tom.

- Tuesday, January 22nd @ 6:30pm with Dr. Shannon.

LWC's "Ugly Christmas Sweater Day"

On Monday, December 17th, the staff at Life Wellness Center participated in their 1st annual "Ugly Christmas Sweater" Day. Patients had a chance to vote on which staff member was wearing the ugliest sweater. Click on the "Play" arrow down below to see who the winner was.

Wellness Workshop

The next Wellness Workshop for December will be Tuesday, Dec. 18th at 6:30pm. Each workshop last approximately 45 minutes and all participants receive a FREE gift and healthy snacks are provided. Life Wellness Center Team Building

A few weeks ago, the staff at Life Wellness Center had the pleasure of going on a field trip to the Lifetime Fitness in Lakeville courtesy of Dr. Tom. After a little basketball practice and a fun game of 5 on 5, we all participated in rock climbing! Enjoy this little video.

Dakota Electric Health Fair 2007

Life Wellness Center had the privilege to participate in the Dakota Electric Health Fair. Our team, consisting of Dr. Shannon, Tom K., Karen , Jessica, Andy and Jeff evaluated D.E. employees and provided shoulder and arm massages while promoting health and wellness.

LWC welcomes Andy to our staff

Life Wellness Center welcomes it's newest Massage Therapist/Chiropractic Assistant:

Andy K.

Andy is a recent graduate and certified as a Massage Therapist.

He currently resides in Burnsville and has interests in continuing his education by possibly attending Northwestern Health Sciences University and becoming a chiropractor.

Please be sure to welcome Andy upon your next visit.

Physical Therapy is coming!!!

Life Wellness Center will soon have it's Physical Therapy department up and running on October 1st.

Soon you will see an addition to the LWC staff, Tom Kyllo P.T.

Be on the look-out for more information regarding our Physical Therapy department in the weeks to come.

2007 Burnsville Fire Muster

Come join Life Wellness Center at the 2007 Burnsville Fire Muster 1, 4 and 1/2 mile Fun Run on Saturday, August 11th, 2007. Registration starts at 7:00am, with the races beginning at 8:00am.

Visit us at our tent and receive a FREE water bottle with a special "Gift of Health" certificate inside for chiropractic care, personal training, massage therapy and yoga specials.

Also, if you are a runner, come get stretched out before and/or after the races by our highly trained staff of therapists and trainers.

2007 Bass Challenge

Help sponsor Dr. Tom and Dr. Shannon in this year's Bass Challenge for Northwestern Health Sciences fundraiser. The fishing contest will be held this Friday, July 27th on Lake Minnetonka.

Rosemount "Run for the Gold" races 2007

This past Saturday, July 21st, Life Wellness Center was proud to help sponsor the Rosemount "Run for the Gold" races. Our very own Dr. Shannon Score ran in the 4 mile run, shaving off a few minutes from his Lakeville Pan-O-Prog run and coming in just over 35 minutes. Way to go Dr. Shannon!!! He says that he will also be running in the Burnsville Fire Muster 4 mile run in a few weeks. If you would like to participate in running in with Dr. Shannon or in the race, let us know, you may just find yourself wearing a fancy new Life Wellness Center "Movement is Life" t-shirt in the run if you haven't already received one.
