Lakeville 2009 Landscape and Home Expo

Life Wellness Center and Puravida Fitness once again participated in the annual expo, and once again it was a HUGE turn-out. This year, instead of chair massages, we challenged people to participate in a balance test. How long could they stand with one foot on a Bosu ball? The person with the longest time would automatically win one of our excellent prizes, while others that signed up and tried, had their names put in for a drawing. The prizes: two - 1 hour long Massages from LWC and two -Personal Training sessions with Puravida Fitness.

Here are a few moments from that day.

The winner for the longest time? The gal in the green shirt and white hat went for 15 MINUTES before calling it quits, shattering all other records that day. CONGRATULATIONS!

Lakeville 2009 Landscape and Home Expo

When you visit the Life Wellness Center tent (it won’t be hard to miss) in the Consumer Showcase area, you can try your hand at a special contest that we will have set up for your chance to win a 1 Hour Massage (a $65 value) or 2 Personal Training Sessions (a $160 value) with our wellness partners Puravida Fitness. STRUCTURE seminar rescheduled

UPDATE: Due to inclement weather Tuesday night, we had to reschedule our seminar on structure until Tuesday, March 31st at 6:30pm.

Our second of three seminars regarding our "Triad of Health" logo will be held on Tuesday, March 31st from 6:30pm – 7:30pm. Our topic is structure.

We will have a special guest speaker, Carrie Rimstad from Foot Levelers Inc. Carrie will be explaining the importance of how your feet (the foundation of your body) affect the entire structure of your body. She will also be giving away a pair of foot stabilizers (orthotics) FREE to one lucky guest. A $200+ value!

Our doctors will also be on hand to explain how to maintain your body's structure and how Life Wellness Center can help you accomplish that.
