Life Wellness Center would like to congratulate the winners of the Breast Cancer Awareness donation drawings. With your contributions, we were able to raise over $1200 to "The Susan G. Koman Foundation for the Cure". Our winners are;

Diva Night

Prepare to be pampered like a "diva" for an evening at Life Wellness Center.

Representatives from many vendors, including; Mary Kay, Lia Sophia, Tastefully Simple, 66 Degrees North, PartyLite as well as chair massage, appetizers and wine will be provided.

A $10 donation or a non-perishable item are appreciated for The Lewis House (a division of the 360 Degrees - formerly The Community Action Council, helping women and children in domestic violence relationships).

3 Salmon Recipes

Salmon with Rosemary and Sun Dried Tomatoes
Ingredients:
- Salmon
- Season Salt
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sun Dried Tomatoes in oil
- Fresh Rosemary
Lightly drizzle extra virgin olive oil on salmon. Sprinkle with season salt and fresh ground pepper. Slice garlic and sprinkle on top. Blot fresh sun dried tomatoes in oil, slice and place on top. Add fresh rosemary removed from the stem. Broil for 7 minutes.

Salmon with Pesto Sauce
Ingredients:
- Salmon
- Pesto
Spread top of salmon with pesto. Broil for 7 minutes.

Salmon with Citrus Mango Salsa Topping
Ingredients:
- Salmon
- Cilantro
- Citrus Mango Salsa
- Fresh Mango
- Lime
Drizzle top of salmon with citrus mango salsa. Broil for 6 minutes, top with mixture of cilantro, diced fresh mango, red onion and lime. Broil and additional minute.
